Crestview and Brentwood Neighborhoods Location


These north central neighborhoods are sandwiched between Anderson Lane and 45th street with close access to U.S. Highway 183, MoPac Boulevard, and Interstate 35. Crestview is 1.2 square miles spanning from N. Anderson Lane and Justin Lane to Lamar Boulevard and Burnet Road. Brentwood is bordered between Burnet Road and Lamar, on the west and east, and Justin Lane and 45th street, on the North and South. 


Only around four miles from the University of Texas, and approximately six miles from downtown, it is easy to see why the Crestview/Brentwood neighborhood hosts a spot as a coveted central Austin location. Run, bike, or take the Metro Rail to the heart of downtown Austin.
