The luxury market proved tighter, and stronger than ever in April 2020 - a time that was originally hypothesized by many to be the slowest month in real estate the nation would see since 2008. Our team expected better for Austin, and for our clients, and our positive projections proved correct. April 2020 saw some of the highest saturation rates to date in the luxury market, and the shortest days on the market (6 days) to date. As a steady economic indicator, we are pleased to report the Austin housing market has upheld and thwarted economic disruption from the COVID-19 storm.
